Rosie had a strong involvement with music from a young age, winning classes at the Cambridge Music Festival and achieving Grade 8 piano and flute as well as her ALCM before she left school.  She was regularly in demand for solo performances in and around Cambridge.

After ‘A’ Levels, Rosie studied a degree in Music at Goldsmiths’ College, University of London, with Electronic Music as one of her special options.  During this time Rosie was writing and performing in bands in Cambridge and London, both as a keyboardist and vocalist.

Performance continued to be an important part of Rosie’s life and she enjoyed recording and fronting function, rock/pop and jazz bands until the arrival of her children made 2am returns home from gigs slightly less achievable!!

For the past 18 years, Rosie has enjoyed sharing her love of music by teaching both privately and in secondary and primary schools
